Nearly all of Ellen White's sermons included in this series have been drawn from previously unpublished manuscripts. Al the messages reproduced in this volume were delivered in public and steno graphically reported, or were prepared with that purpose in view... So although there were no tape recorders in Ellen White's day, a person may get the true "feel" of Ellen White as a speaker by reading this book. It will be noted that nearly all of these messages are from the latter half of Ellen White's ministry, a reflection of the fact that her sermons were faithfully reported in that period than in her earlier years.
